For about a week I was going back and fourth between this hotel and another. This place looked really nice but had no reviews so I was hesitant…but I’m SO glad I chose this place! Upon arrival you’re greeted by valet and they offer to help out with your bags. You then make your way to this giant black door, almost invisible since it’s pretty flush with the wall. Inside it’s dark but the vibe is right (have you ever been inside a yard house? Or Cheesecake Factory? Think that level of dimness) the front desk agents are nice and very welcoming, it felt like seeing old friends. Check in was quick and you’re given your room keys and make your way to the elevator. The elevator cannot be used unless you have a room key, (you scan the card and then select your level, a nice added touch of safety) we were on the 15th floor. One thing I noticed is the hotel seemed very quiet for how booked out they were, something I really appreciate since no one likes to hear noise from the rooms down the hall. The room itself was very nice. There’s floor to ceiling windows that give you an amazing view of the city, our room had a view of the Crypto arena right across the street. There’s many light options/ switches, the ac worked great (it’s two vents in the ceiling, not a white unit below the window like most hotels) the bed (King Size) was very comfortable, as well as the fluffy pillows. The hotel also has a bar (food items as well) and lounge area. The bartenders there are so nice, forgot the name of the gentleman who helped us but he was so sweet! There’s so many perks while staying here. Forgot to mention upon arrival they give Each guest (2) tickets for free drinks. There’s also a hotel next door (AC Hotel) that you have access to their lounge area as well (34th) floor which also includes a daily $30 food and beverage credit. There’s also a rooftop lounge there but it’s still being built.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bed was cozy, and I had a very good night. The gym facilities were top-notch. I found it easy to maintain my fitness routine during my stay, which was a big plus. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast on the rooftop. The food was very good. It was a delightful way to start the day.

Great location, literally just across the street from where I wanted to go, which was the Los Angeles Convention Center, Crypto.com Arena and L.A. Live area. Very nice views from my room, very nice facilities, clean room and a nice bar from the lobby downstairs while the AC Hotels also has another bar you can visit which has an even better view of the city of L.A.

The property is very well kept. The beds were super comfortable, and just huge when you get the king size room. The room was overall clean . And enjoyed my stay overall perfect for concerts close by at the crypto arena , you don’t have to walk far away at all, and close by they had restaurants locations close by to eat within walking distances.

The views from our room were fantastic. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The gym was bigger than other gyms I have been in at similar hotels. The hotel was in a great area of downtown LA, within walking distance to many places.
